Good Morning everybody,

After being relentlessly experimental with my diet for the last 12 years, I feel as if I’ve “cracked the code” to elite nutrition. More importantly, nutrition that tastes good.

Everybody’s different, but this diet lets me:

  • Stay shredded without trying

  • Gain & Maintain muscle

  • Always feel full and satiated

  • Have unlimited energy

  • Max out cognitive output

  • Be in a great mood all day

When I say I’ve tried all diets, I’ve truly tried all of them. I once ate only soup for 30 days straight.

Before you go and copy my diet, remember that I live in the tropics. You shouldn’t eat jungle fruit and raw seafood in the Minnesota winter. Opt for local/seasonal alternatives.

Ingredient based eating is beautiful

I’ll do a full post on Nutrition fundamentals, but let me give you a reference point with my current diet & supplementation.

How I Eat:

  • Liquids for first hour of the day

  • Fruit until 12-1pm

  • Protein & carbs or protein and fat. Never carbs and fat (in high quantities)

  • Nutrient cycling: Beef to fish. Rice to potatoes. Shrimp to oysters

  • “spam” recipes. Eat the same thing 2x/day for 4 days straight. Then move on

  • No fake shit. No food with a marketing budget

Mahi Bites with honey glaze

I don’t look at nutrition as a “daily requirement”. I’m not worried about daily protein goals or even calories. I use weekly & monthly time frames

“what has my protein intake looked like this week?”

“How has my fiber intake been this month?”

Spamming Dishes

I cycle nutrient combinations and turn them into specific dishes:

  • Venison & potatoes

  • Pho noodle bowls

  • Chuck Roast

  • Anabolic Ramen

  • Spring Rolls

Potatoes & beef & eggs & tomatoes & jalapenos & onions

I’ll buy the ingredients in bulk then spam these meals until I run out. This:

  • Ensures I don’t waste any groceries

  • Makes me highly efficient at making said dishes

  • Lets me slowly refine the dish to my liking

ADHDers like to spam things. Songs, clothes, food. I eat it until it stops giving me dopamine, then move on to the next shiny dish. But now I have that dish in my back pocket for life. (Its like Pokemon for meals. Gotta catch them all)

Full Day of Eating (in the Tropical Summer)

This is how I’m currently eating as somebody who

  • Trains hard

  • Stays lean

  • Does cognitively demanding work

How can you eat candy when mango & taijin exists?

Eating like this keeps me high energy, high mood, and high vitality.

Breakfast 1:

(Immediately upon waking)

  • 1 Raw Carrot:

  • 400mg Shilajit:

  • 1 cup bone broth:

  • Electrolytes

Raw carrot to bind up endotoxins, excess estrogen, and lipopolysaccharides in the gut. Bone broth for gut nourishment. Hydration should be #1 priority in the morning. You’re dehydrated from 8 hours of respirating the night before your cells are primed to take up electrolytes

The Holy Trinity

Breakfast 2:

(45 minutes later)

  • “Why do I have so much energy?” smoothie

    • 1g ALCAR

    • 1g Taurine

    • 100-200mg Vitamin B1
