Try it out. Myself personally, I would shy away from MCT before sleeping because they give quick energy - which I don't need at night when I want to get sleepy.

Sure. Try yoghurt/skyr with fruits. Or a glass of warm milk with honey. Add some collagen to either.
I don't have milk. When I do it's raw milk. I usually have greek yogurt. Would you add a scoop to the yogurt and MCT with like loads of fruit
