What does a day of eating off shredmaxxing protocol look like if I'm only running it 5 days a week? What should I do in the morning instead of only fruit?
There are so many contradictions, I find it quite difficult to follow. I've just read an article where it says "nothing but liquids for the first hour" and then in the next paragraph it says "upon waking eat a raw carrot"
Try it out. Myself personally, I would shy away from MCT before sleeping because they give quick energy - which I don't need at night when I want to get sleepy.
You mention Apple cider vinegar - good to take first thing in the morning before starting to eat fruits?
I prefer with my starchy meals and avoid exposure to teeth. Usually diluted in water

Sure. Try yoghurt/skyr with fruits. Or a glass of warm milk with honey. Add some collagen to either.
I don't have milk. When I do it's raw milk. I usually have greek yogurt. Would you add a scoop to the yogurt and MCT with like loads of fruit
