The best way to “group” your mobility work is to do it by position. Its a lot easier to chain together movements when you’re in the same position to do so (less friction).
One of many starting positions is laying prone on your back. The lazy man’s favorite
I like doing this in the morning because it’s less intensive than other positions & you can let gravity do a lot of the work. Its a great way to get my hips & spine activated for a long day of carrying Esoteric Tealth Twitter on my back.
Anyway, here’s the full flow. Remember, use this as inspiration, figure out how your body flows. Identify areas of tightness/weakness and allocate extra focus there. You’re only as strong as your weakest link
