Looking for any insight anyone doing this can offer.
I work out in the evening once I get home from work for about an hour within the time window of between 5-7. I have been trying to figure out where to place my high fat meal. This protocol suggests to have the high fat at night but I was wondering if it would make more sense to have a high fat/protein meal for lunch and then have my carbs with the pre and post workout meals, ending the day on a high-carb meal after I am done working out. Also, when researching the circadian cycle it seems that having midday would be a great time for the higher fat meal as bile production seems to be at its height. I am new to this type of research and thinking so I could be off with that.
My plan is to try different variations of this protocol until it feels right and the math is all good, but does anyone have any insights to share?
If you have berries in the morning then the FTN lite about an hour after that. First proper protein and starch meal around noon to the the next protein and starch meal or protein and fat meal then last meal protein and fat meal. Do you only have 2 protein and starch meals of can you have the last meal of protein and starch with maybe some berries
Can I do nonfat dairy on fruit till noon? Feels like only eating fruits in the winter is weird don’t really have appetite for it alone, dairy I can have a lot tho
When consuming protein/carbs together, how low should the fat intake be? For example, would 85/15 ground beef be too fatty? Does it need to be a super lean protein source like sirloin?

Did questions posed by those of us who workout early mornings get answered? Didn’t see on part 1 or 2.
Is there a printable copy of this please to print off

What does everyone's diet look like following the fruit till noon approach please
Non workout day?
Same protocol minus pre-workout meal. You can swap the lunch starches for fruit.
How much to eat fruits in the day to lose the weight rapidly, I understand at night only protein but how much protein at night?
You have told what to eat and when but not how much.
Kindly address this please.
Thanks

I'm facing mild headaches every morning after eating only fruits.
when is part 2 coming out?
When will part 2 come out?
Most of the people I see having success with this or honey diet or similar are already fairly lean. How does this do for someone who is 25%+ body fat?
Lower fat for as long as you are not at your goal leanness.
Rule #7: One High Fat Meal a Day, One High Fat Day a Week
Can you elaborate on the one high fat day per week!?

Very interesting yet counter-intuitive take. Been doing IF for years but will give this a go.
Where do you fit your heavy lifting sessions? Pre or post lunch break? What about in the morning while you are eating those fruits?
