Two and a half years between these. Low-T Lifestyle on the left. High-T on the right.
This was the photo that told me something was wrong. I was doing EVERYTHING right but was deteriorating by the day.
I was convinced by my surroundings that being High-T was wrong (what happens when you go to a liberal college).
So I started over. Learned about the endocrine system, Understood how our environment dictates our biology and thoughts impact our hormones. Then I went & lived it.

What are Androgens?
Androgens (Testosterone & its metabolites) are the male sex hormones. They’re what make men, men. Deep voice, muscle mass, body hair, etc. But the physiological benefits pale in comparison to the mental benefits:

Decisiveness
Mental Clarity
Stamina & Energy
Controlled aggression
Libido
It’s impossible to be your best self if your hormones are out of whack. It will change the way you look, the way you feel, and even the way you think. You’ll treat the world differently & the world will treat you differently in exchange.
