What is your process on deciding when to pursue credentials for credibility in a desired field versus just taking action on your ideas, overcoming imposter syndrome and analysis paralysis?
I'd love to know your thoughts on animal movements, primal movements, etc. that focus on strength + mobility. If you don't know what I mean then you can take a look at StrengthSide on YouTube. The guy was lifting heavy weights for years but ended up with a load of injuries, now he prioritises movements which make sure he stays loose and builds strength while maintaining ROM.
