Gents. Welcome BINDERMAXXING.
You’ve been exposed to more toxins this month than your ancestors did their whole adult life. I’m not saying humans lived in the Garden of Eden for all of history, but we are being exposed to entirely new toxins every year. New plastics, new pesticides, n
ew chemicals. Mold toxins are evolving. Bacterial pathogens are adapting. And these are all cumulative.
Our systems can only handle so much. At a certain point we need to bring in some external support. After getting sick with mold last year, I dug deep into binders. They became a core component of my recovery protocol and now a foundational piece of my health stack.
But bindermaxxing is not as simple as “just take charcoal”. Each binder has a unique tradeoff.
This guide covers the binders worth knowing, what each one is good at, what it sucks at, and how I decide which one to use. If you want to know the “why” behind using binders, read the intro section here.
