We’ve been duped. Again. First with junk food now with junk media. At a certain point you need to chill with the micro-hacks and move on. Not all problems can be solved by diet and exercise (let alone sunlight & supplementation).

Our world is designed to keep us in a constant-consoomer state. Deprived and alone. We date from home, DoorDash from home, work from home, live from home. We have no third place, no community, and no ties to our past. This is worse than seed oils.

Getting health gives you the clarity to identify this and the energy to do something about it. We live in a perpetual dopamine loop. We mistake consumption for nourishment, connection for community, and stimulation for satisfaction (thats a banger sentence).

I don’t want us to just be lean and androgenic. True health is more than just diet, sleep, or exercise. The new META of health is reclaiming your cognitive, emotional, and existential sovereignty.

The Hijacked Mind

Our motivation molecule (dopamine) is now weaponized by apps, news cycles, and search queries. We can get everything we want when we want it, making everything less meaningful.
