Guys, whats up. Quick rant on “substance” use. Drug abuse is bad. Talking about drugs is taboo. But we’re all using drugs. Anything that effects your central nervous system is a drug. The problem is most people are entirely uninformed about their drug use.
“I’ve never done drugs” - Cindy, 25. Blacks out every weekend, rips vape like a binky and is on 30mg of Zoloft.
This is a framework on how to USE substances: Coffee, nootropics, alcohol, nicotine, THC, etc. It can be boiled down to this core TLDR:
Maximize utility per dose (UPD)
Use minimum effective dose per dosing
Never use a substance just to feel normal
