The Informed Degenerate Protocol

How to Use Substances Without Letting Them Use You
5

Guys, whats up. Quick rant on “substance” use. Drug abuse is bad. Talking about drugs is taboo. But we’re all using drugs. Anything that effects your central nervous system is a drug. The problem is most people are entirely uninformed about their drug use.

“I’ve never done drugs” - Cindy, 25. Blacks out every weekend, rips vape like a binky and is on 30mg of Zoloft.

This is a framework on how to USE substances: Coffee, nootropics, alcohol, nicotine, THC, etc. It can be boiled down to this core TLDR:

  • Maximize utility per dose (UPD)

  • Use minimum effective dose per dosing

  • Never use a substance just to feel normal

Disclaimer: not promoting drugs, providing medical advice, or any of that. This video should make you use less substances, not more.
