Honestly wouldn't recommend health y sol. They use beef trimmings (gross), not tallow. Better to find soap on etsy or something that uses actual suet tallow
(With noticeable benefits too, I take creatine and vitamin D and these are heavily researched but I still don't notice a difference when taking them vs not)
